What Growth Marketing Lead are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will be crucial in optimizing our marketing efforts across multiple geographies currently including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and new markets in the future. You are responsible for all centralized marketing initiatives and will be working together with our local country's Marketing Leads. We are in the phase of building the team, so it is a great opportunity to be involved. The perfect candidate will be a hands-on and entrepreneurial individual with exceptional marketing project management skills and a strong ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution. Your main responsibility is centralized marketing and making sure that we deliver quality and are organized efficiently (process, people and marketing tech). You don’t have to do everything yourself; besides your direct colleagues you get to work with external agencies and freelancers. The Growth Marketing Lead is responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall business strategy and localized initiatives.
What will you be doing?
- Website optimization (CRO): Oversee website optimization efforts to improve user experience, overall performance and conversion rates.
- Online campaigns: Develop and oversee high-impact demand generation campaigns that align with business objectives and drive growth across all geographies.
- Copy and content: Create high-quality, compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including emails, web content and social media.
- Product marketing: Collaborate to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging that highlight product benefits and differentiators.
- Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand governance: Ensure that all marketing materials and activities are consistent with brand guidelines and reflect company values and messaging.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with local marketing leads, tech, senior leadership, and customer service teams to align marketing with overall business goals.
- Market research and insights: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends and competitive insights that can inform marketing strategies.
What you will bring
- Preferably experience in web hosting and cloud services; or B2B marketing in SaaS.
- Educational background: minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Work experience: multiple years of relevant experience, with a focus on marketing operations and coordination across multiple geographies. Preferably in web hosting or B2B SaaS.
- Execution skills: Proven execution and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong ability to make an impact and drive results. You have an eye for detail and punctuality.
- Technical skills: Advanced marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Mouseflow, email marketing & automation, SEO tools, WordPress, etc). You enjoy discovering new tools and being involved in AI developments.
- Digital marketing: Extensive digital marketing experience, including CRO, online advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Organizational skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

- A full-time contract, but are open to a 32-hour work week as well
- A competitive salary (up to € 4.913, -). Based on education and experience
